Alliance Petroleum Interests explores, develops and acquires prolific oil and gas reserves primarily located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Colorado. We are actively acquiring acreage in these areas with plans to continue our aggressive expansion campaign for many years to come.

We are a privately owned oil and gas company that partners with major operators to utilize the latest in drilling technology to dramatically increase the likelihood of drilling productive wells. Alliance Petroleum Interests will always seek to ensure that all geological attributes of a prospect we have selected meet our stringent criteria for improving the likelihood of financial success for our us and our Partners.

The owners of Alliance Petroleum Interests have a long track record in the oil industry dating back generations. We attribute our success over the years to the open and transparent relationships we maintain with our accredited Partners – relationships built on mutual trust and respect earned through operating with honesty and integrity. The name Alliance was strategically selected, because that is our number one goal. Our Alliance within the industry and our Alliance with our partners is the very key to our success.

Tara SimpsonCEO

Tara has been heavily involved in the oil industry for a large part of her life. Her family, growing up, was a beneficiary of successful oil production which sparked her passion for the oil business. Tara graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001. She has a long history in the investment sector. In 2003 she began working with investors on large scale real estate projects in north Texas. In 2007, she shifted that investment knowledge into the oil industry as a Vice President at Magna Resources LLC, in Dallas, TX where she advised investors on oil drilling prospects. In 2013 she was an executive of another oil drilling company, in which she advised on drilling prospects, and built investor relations. Tara started Alliance Petroleum Interests with several goals in mind. First and foremost the commitment to discovering new sources of oil and natural gas to meet the world’s growing demand for energy. Tara has strong connections within the industry that allows Alliance Petroleum to gain technological advances ahead of the curve. Tara is married with two children and resides in Dallas, TX.

Taylor StilovichPresident

Taylor brings a wealth of experience to Alliance Petroleum from a varied background. Mr. Stilovich pursued general studies with Management emphasis at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT after committing 2 years of volunteer church service in Mendoza, Argentina. He worked for HSBC Consumer Lending division as Assistant Vice President during important strategic times in the finance industry. He has been involved from an executive level in start-ups, emerging markets, and reshaping of companies inside and outside the oil and gas industry here in North Texas. His passion for oil and gas was sparked by his father at a young age, who working for Hallwood Realty, was able to teach Mr. Stilovich a great deal about the business. Through strategic partnerships in the industry, Alliance Petroleum Interests evaluates and offers projects that have the potential to create valuable returns for the company and its partners. He currently lives in Allen, TX with his wife of 12 years and their 4 children.

Brooke

Brooke NettlesOffice Manager

Brooke is a fifth generation Texan that comes from a family with ties back to one of the largest oil field discoveries in the Permian Basin, which has led her to be involved in the oil and gas business, in some manner, her whole life. She continued the family ranching way of life by attending Sam Houston State University on a rodeo scholarship. Today she resides in Dallas, Texas, handling partner relations and manages the day to day activities for Alliance Petroleum Interests. When she’s not in the office, Brooke spends most of her free time playing sand volleyball, traveling, getting out to the family ranch for weekends and coaching several highly competitive youth club volleyball teams in the Dallas area.

Andrew AlffGeologist

Andrew Alff has been a geologist working in Texas since he graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in May of 1979. Out of college he provided geology for a number of small oil companies in the Luling-Branyon field area of Caldwell County, Texas. His consulting work resulted in the discovery of several new oil fields and wells under 2500’ that began production in excess of 100 barrels per day. He went from working the shallow fields in Caldwell County to working in Houston, Texas for a geophysical and geological consulting company mapping offshore Louisiana for major oil companies such as Exxon and British Petroleum. When oil prices plummeted in the late 1980’s he went back to being a consulting geologist. Most recently, his work in the Salt Flat Edwards field in Caldwell County, Texas has resulted in over 4 million barrels of oil being produced since 2007.
